Hi, I’m Roopan K. Sidhu — a Trauma & Resilience Life Coach, Nurse, Educator, and Certified Trauma Support Specialist. My mission is to help others heal, grow, and find strength within themselves to live a life with meaning, purpose, and peace.

My work is rooted in the belief that resilience and personal transformation can be built within— supported by the right guidance and practical tools.

With a background in nursing and training in the Salutogenic approach model, I bring compassion and a holistic structure to my coaching practice. Focusing on healing, growth, and resilience— I create a safe and supportive space, helping clients tap into their strengths and move forward with clarity and confidence.

My healing approach also centers around spiritual principles that not only provide healing, but also help you feel more connected and guided in life.

How to Begin Your Journey


1. Book a free call

In this introductory conversation, I will help you gain clarity on what is important to you and what your goals are in healing. I will also answer any questions you may have and help you figure out if 1:1 trauma & resilience life coaching is a good fit for you to begin.


2. Review details and sign up

If we decide to move forward, we will review the details of either a 1:1 session or a coaching package. I will send you the necessary documents and you will complete the registration process.


3. Start coaching and heal within

We embark on a healing pathway that is curated specially for you. You will gain insight on what is weighing you down, guide you towards healing past it, and building the strength and resilience needed within to overcome it — with the note that healing takes time.

Voice and Communication Session

1 hour, 1:1 session focused on working to strengthen communication skills, speech skills, and finding your voice. Also offered with a trauma-informed space/approach.
